How Harbourside Physio came to be
About Harbourside Physio
Harbourside Physio is a physiotherapy clinic based in Brisbane, Queensland, providing hands-on treatment and exercise management for people recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or working toward better movement and strength.
We work with patients across all age groups and activity levels—from people returning to sport after injury, to those managing arthritis or back pain, to people recovering from surgery or stroke. Our approach is straightforward: listen to what's happening, work out what's causing it, and build a plan that actually fits your life.
